• Lead day-to-day HR operations while supporting strategic initiatives across the business.
• Partner with management to deliver effective workforce planning and talent development solutions.
• Ensure compliance with labor law and HR policies, maintaining accurate HR records and processes.
• Drive engagement and retention through culture-building and employee experience initiatives.
• Contribute to HR projects including process improvement and system enhancement.

• Proven background in HR management within an international company.
• Strong understanding of Japanese labor regulations and HR processes.
• Ability to act as a business partner to management and influence through data-driven insights.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Japanese and English.
• Experience leading or mentoring team members is preferred.
