Global HRIS Specialist
1) Experience in introducing SAP SuccessFactors.
Experience in deploying multiple modules such as Employee Central, Learning Management System, Succession Planning, and Performance Management is a plus. Have practical experience in business design, standardization, and integration related to them.
2) Design experience for peripheral systems (work, personnel, payroll management) that work with SuccessFactors
3) Experience in participating in global projects and having English proficiency that can be used in business.
・ HCM operation experience (SAP Successfactors, Workday, People, etc.)
・ Business level or above English ability
