職務内容 - The Position:
This is an Recruiter & Retention Specialist 採用企画担当 position.
The business constant expansion in Japan leads to increase the needs of their HR Team. Today, they are looking for candidates that will accept the challenge of strengthening the Japan branch’s HR in ways that are both simple and effective. As a member of the HR team, you will conceive practical and creative ways to engage the best leading talent in the market. The team is driven and motivated to be knowledgeable partners to our candidates and hiring managers. They are collaborative in problem-solving, with high tenacity in challenging situations.
仕事内容- Daily task
• Working with cross functional stakeholders to lead talent planning, establish recruitment processes and procedures to support business.
• Implementing and driving employer branding initiatives to attract candidates.
• Propose and analyzing regular recruiting progress reports to stakeholders.
• Supervise and support recruiters on the usage of recruitment tools and enforce PDCA cycle on recruitment activities.
• Plan and execute hiring manager training
• 社内外の関係者と連携し、会社全体の採用施策についての企画立案実行推進, 各事業部門の 計画や目標に基づいた採用計画を各部門担当HRBPと連携し立案, 採用から入社までのプロセスの管理改善
• エンプロイヤーブランディングを推進
• 採用進捗に関する計画実績管理
• リクルーターと連携し必要な採用ツールの改善・導入を検討, 採用チーム各メンバーと良好な コミュニケーションをとり、必要に応じてサポートおよびアドバイスを行う
• 採用に関する必要なトレーニングの計画実施

応募資格

必要なスキル・経験 - Required Skills and Experience:
• Over 5 years working experience or equivalent.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, and net-working internally and externally.
• Promptness, proactive, result oriented, ability to gather & assess relevant information, time management.
• Ability to analyses a situation, learn and use new IT tools (especially MS Excel)
Preferred
• HR experience
• Project management experience
• Knowledge of recruitment tools and direct recruitment
• 5年以上の実務経験
• 高いコミュニケーション能力を持ち社内外と良好な関係構築ができる
• 責任感を持って自発的に考え行動し結果に結びつけることができる
• 高いITスキルを持ちプロセスの改善を推進することができる
• 状況を分析する能力と新しいITツールや手法を学び、使いこなす能力特にMS Excel)
(あれば望ましい)
• 人事経験
• プロジェクトマネジメント経験
• 採用ツール及びダイレクトリクルーティングの経験
