職務内容 - The Position:
This is an HRBP position.
The business’s constant expansion in Japan leads to an increase in the needs of its HR Team. They are looking for candidates that will accept the challenge of strengthening the Japan branch’s HR in ways that are both simple and effective. As a senior HRBP member, you will conceive practical and creative ways to support talent management and operational improvements. You will also be expected to play the role of a pipe between the stakeholders and the employee. By gaining experience in negotiation with the labor union and working closely with other HR function teams, you will be guaranteed a career path for future contributions.

必要なスキル・経験 - Required Skills and Experience:
• General knowledge in HR: hiring, packages, talent management, benefits, and employee relations.
• Knowledge of Japanese labor law, and experience in project management.
• Strong communication and availability to develop relationships at all levels.
• Comfortable working with both English speaking and writing.
