• Oversee general affairs of a leading automotive components company in Japan with multiple locations: Tokyo (HQ), tech centers, and plants.
• Lead a small team (one specialist, one temporary staff).
• Affiliate presence in Thailand; collaboration/support is anticipated but not direct management.
• Main liaison for BU to the internal legal team; manage contracts & approval processes.
• Handle BU insurance matters in collaboration with global/national teams.
• Manage lease agreements for facilities; oversee related maintenance tasks.
• Support the Head of Financial Oversight for Asia; assist in cross-departmental tasks.
• Collaborate with the centralized IT team; manage IT budget and high-level issues.
• Oversee BU's intranet & communication tools in alignment with global/national standards.
• Administer company vehicle contracts & related insurances.
• Supervise basic facility services: security, waste management, utilities, etc.
• Primary contact for travel management software & related processes.
• Manage indirect expenses in coordination with regional procurement teams.
• University Degree.
• Extensive background in general affairs or similar roles; industry experience is a plus.
• Professional demeanor with customer service and compliance focus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and modern IT tools.
• Autonomous work ethic in an international setting; proactive and self-starting.
• Strong communication skills.
• Fluent in Japanese.
• Business-level English; emphasis on reading & writing.
