仕事内容
We are recruiting for a position responsible for payroll and social insurance operations for our client company. Providing accounting, tax, and HR services to companies expanding their business globally or considering business development in Japan.
- Monthly payroll, bonus calculation, retirement allowance calculation, year-end adjustments, etc.
- Payment and tax filing on behalf of clients
- Annual tax filing (statutory reports and payroll withholding statements)
- Various social insurance procedures (qualification acquisition, regular revisions, etc.)
- Various labor insurance procedures (annual update procedures, etc.)
応募資格
At least 2 years of experience in back-office operations
Experience using Excel, including SUM functions, VLOOKUP functions, and IF functions
English ability (min conversational level)
