仕事内容
This is a back-office position supporting company-wide operations in a growing, fast-paced environment. The role covers a broad range of corporate functions including accounting, HR, and cross-functional support. Responsibilities include:
- HR: Mid-career and temporary staffing, contractor management, onboarding/offboarding, and other general HR support.
- Accounting: Monthly closing, journal entries, payments and invoicing, budget vs. actual reporting, and meeting material preparation.
- General Admin: Internal coordination, inquiry handling, and collaboration across group entities.

[Must-have]
- Experience in either Accounting or Back-office operations with basic accounting knowledge (Bookkeeping Level 3 or equivalent)
- Strong communication skills for internal and external coordination

- Comfortable using English in the workplace
