我々が手掛けているSC製品開発は、アナログ設計、デジタル設計、物理設計の3つに分けられますが、日本支社は、その中のアナログ設計と物理設計を手掛けるデザインセンターとしての役割、日本市場向けの営業活動・技術サポート拠点としての役割を担っています。米国のマーケティング、開発部門と連携しながら日々、設計・開発、営業活動に取り組んでいます。

Key Responsibilities:
• Technical Support: Provide in-depth technical support to customers regarding our IC solutions, including power management, overvoltage and surge protection, interface and isolation, DC to DC conversion, and PoE. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and offer guidance on product selection and application.
• Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners. Understand their technical requirements and challenges and offer tailored solutions to meet their needs.
• Product Expertise: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product portfolio. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to effectively support customers and enhance product offerings.
• Application Development: Assist customers in designing and implementing solutions that leverage our semiconductor products. Provide guidance on best practices, reference designs, and application circuits.
• Training and Seminars: Conduct technical training sessions, webinars, and seminars for customers and internal teams to enhance their understanding of our products and technologies.
• Feedback and Improvement: Gather and relay customer feedback to the product development team to drive continuous improvement of our products and services.
• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including application notes, datasheets, and white papers, to support customer applications and internal knowledge.
• Field Testing: Perform on-site evaluations and testing of customer systems to validate performance and ensure successful integration of our solutions.
• Work with distribution partners: Working together to develop business, identify new markets and enhance sales through the channel.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a technical support or applications engineering role within the semiconductor industry. Experience with power management ICs, overvoltage and surge protection, interface and isolation, DC to DC conversion, and Power over Ethernet is highly desirable.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of semiconductor technologies and circuit design. Proficiency in using electronic test equipment and simulation tools. Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to power management and protection.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. A proactive and customer-oriented approach.
• Travel: Willingness to travel to customer sites and industry events as required.
