This is a Senior Payroll specialist || シニア給与担当 position.
The business's constant expansion in Japan leads to an increase in the needs of their HR Team. Today, they are looking for candidates that will accept the challenge of strengthening Japan’s HR in ways that are both simple and effective. As the Japan office senior payroll specialist, you will conceive practical and creative ways to engage the best leading talent in the market. The team is driven and motivated to be knowledgeable partners to our candidates and hiring managers. They are collaborative in problem-solving, with high tenacity in challenging situations.

The Senior Payroll Specialist is responsible for supporting of the day-to-day management, your typical day looks like this:
- Provide support for managers and employees regarding inquiries on compensation and benefit and payroll.
- Contribute local insight on Global programs such as Incentive programs, equity awards (stock), compensation planning and merit, salary benchmarking, etc.
- In charge of managing relationships with vendors, reviewing payroll calculation process to make sure accurate processing.
- Maintain payroll system information up to date to ensure correct payment, information related to the employee life cycle, such as leave of absence, personal information change, etc.
- Facilitate HRBP in delivering compensation training to line managers and employees.
- Manage year-end tax adjustment and other payroll processes based on Japanese labor law.

- 福利厚生給与計算に関するお問い合わせについて、マネージャーおよび従業員にサポートを提供する。
- インセンティブ制度、エクイティ(ストックオプション)、報酬設計とメリット、給与ベンチ マーキングなど、グローバル制度のローカル化に貢献する
- 給与計算、勤怠管理、レビュー業務を担当する
- 入社から退職までの従業員のライフサイクルに合わせ、給与システムの個人情報を正しいく保有するため維持する。
- 社員に向けての給与・福利厚生制度のトレーニングにおいてHRBPをサポートする。
- 労働基準法の改正を把握し、給与福利厚生に関連の就業規則が法定要件を満たしていることを確認し、維持する。

必要なスキル・経験 - Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven successful achievement in managing payroll and social insurance procedures.
- Proactively engaged in driving and improving HR practices to support business goals.
- Passionate about the HR career and love challenges.
- Good communication skills in English and Japanese.
- Preferred experience in multinational company.
