Global Opportunistic Alternative investor with a focus on real estate in japan is looking to expand its acquisitions team. The team has a very strong pipeline and averages around 30% IRR per deal.

The main responsibilities will include the following:
1) Deal analysis - modelling and due diligence
2) Deal support - support senior team members on execution and strategy
Minimum 1 year of modelling skills at an Investment Bank or real estate investment manager. Real Estate modelling experience is not necessary
