Job Description

As an HR Business Partner supporting the Digital and Technology division, you will play a key role in driving strategic HR initiatives for teams working on next-generation digital solutions that enhance the guest experience. From ticketing systems and ride reservation platforms to mobile applications and character-integrated experiences, the Digital & Tech team works across borders in a bilingual, multinational environment.

You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, supporting organizational development, employee engagement, and performance enablement. Responsibilities include:

- Providing strategic HR consultation to business leaders
- Supporting workforce planning, compensation, training, and employee development
- Advising on employee relations and labor matters
- Partnering on diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts
- Supporting the Talent Acquisition process and career path planning
- Drafting internal communications and policy updates
- Leading performance management and employee engagement initiatives

Requirements

- 5+ years of HR experience, ideally in a multinational company
- Strong business acumen and HR expertise, including performance management and employee relations
- Proven ability to influence and advise senior leaders across global teams
- Excellent communication and coaching skills across different levels and cultures
- Bilingual fluency in Japanese and English (spoken and written)
- Project management, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable mindset
- Experience supporting digital or tech-related teams is a plus
