Job Description

You will join as an HR Assistant, supporting recruitment operations and helping to optimize HR workflows. The scope of your responsibilities will expand based on your experience and learning pace.

Initial responsibilities:
- Responding to applicants
- Scheduling interviews

Expected after around 3 months:
- Managing job media platforms (e.g., Wantedly)
- Direct sourcing (scouting)
- Supporting contract requests and execution

Requirements

- Experience as a recruitment assistant, recruiter, or HR staff
- Familiarity with ATS tools such as HERP or HRMOS
- Experience improving operational workflows or optimizing processes

Nice-to-Have:
- Experience in engineering recruitment
- Experience analyzing and improving recruitment activities
- Background in hospitality or roles requiring strong interpersonal skills
