Job Description

Planning and execution of personnel strategies as global management in close cooperation with the CFO

■ Specific business content
・ Planning and execution of personnel strategy as Global HQ
・ Penetration and establishment of Mission, Vision, Core Value
・ Design, introduction and operation of Global grade system and personnel evaluation system
・ Numerical / cost management related to personnel such as Head Count and personnel expenses in each region
・ Review, selection and introduction of personnel system
・ Planning and management of Global All Hands Meeting
・ Collaboration with GM and HR Head in each region

■ About the organization
・ Report directly to the Global CFO (Head of Management Department in Global HQ Function)

Requirements

◆ Required
・ 10 years or more of personnel experience at a business company
・ 5 years or more of human resources management work experience at a global operating company with about 1000 employees
・ Wide and deep experience in personnel system planning, education, recruitment, and labor fields
・ Experience of penetration and establishment of Mission, Vision, Core Value
・ Business level or higher English and Japanese skills
・ Team establishment / management experience

◆ Welcome
・ Chinese ability above business level
・ Work experience in BtoC services, IT Venture, and entertainment industries
・ Work experience as HR Head of HQ
・ Experience in selecting, introducing, and operating Global personnel management systems such as EPR
・ Interest in live distribution and entertainment
