職務内容 - The Position:
This is an New Grad Recruiter 新卒採用 position.
The business constant expansion in Japan leads to increase the needs of their HR Team. Today, they are looking for candidates that will accept the challenge of strengthening the Japan branch’s HR in ways that are both simple and effective. As a member of the HR team, you will conceive practical and creative ways to engage the best leading talent in the market. The team is driven and motivated to be knowledgeable partners to our candidates and hiring managers. They are collaborative in problem-solving, with high tenacity in challenging situations.

仕事内容- Daily task
• Working with cross functional stakeholders to develop new Blue collar* recruiting strategies to source, attract and recruit to fill key positions.
• In charge of full cycle blue collar recruitment, including sourcing, posting jobs, on boarding, retention.
• Growing and developing schools and students pipeline.
• Lead New Grad recruitment project, attend key industry/function related events to keep up to date industry news and knowledge, and improve hiring process.

• 様々な人達と協力して、ビジネス、部門、ポジションのニーズを理解し、重要なポジションを埋めるためのソース、誘致、技能職新卒採用のためのリクルーティング戦略を策定する。
• インタビューおよびソーシング戦略を策定, 求人票を作成, 内定者フォロー、新入社員受け入れ手続き、入社後リテンションに関する企画・実行。
• 技能職新卒採用ネットワークを活用して、担当領域のエキスパートとなり、学校と学生さんのパイプラインを継続的に拡大・発展させる。
• 自動車業界のニュースを常に把握し、自分の職務領域について十分な知識と理解を持っている。

Requirements

必要なスキル・経験 - Required Skills and Experience:
• 2-3 years of agency or in-house recruiter experience, preferred in manufacture industry.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, and net-working internally and externally.
• Ability to analyses a situation, learn and use new IT tools (especially MS Excel)
• Fluent in Japanese and business level English
• 2-3年以上のagency/In-houseリクルーター経験, 製造業望ましい
• 高いコミュニケーション能力を持ち社内外と良好な関係構築ができる
• 状況を分析する能力と新しいITツールや手法を学び、使いこなす能力特にMS Excel)
• 日本語:ネイティブ、英語 TOEIC600程度
