Job Description
Use tax planning to mitigate any adverse tax implications of the Japan business
Report directly to European HQ
Collaborate with Japan CFO on regular basis (dotted line report line) to maximize revenue
Lead a small team of other tax professionals, including managers and staff-level accountant
Requirements
5+ years of experience specializing in Japanese and international tax law at international firms in Japan
Proven leadership experience
