職務内容 - The Position:
This is a Talent Acquisition (Senior) associate (シニア)中途採用担当 position.
The business constant expansion in Japan leads to increase the needs of their HR Team. Today, they are looking for candidates that will accept the challenge of strengthening the Japan branch’s HR in ways that are both simple and effective. As a member of the HR team, you will conceive practical and creative ways to engage the best leading talent in the market. The team is driven and motivated to be knowledgeable partners to our candidates and hiring managers. They are collaborative in problem-solving, with high tenacity in challenging situations.

Partner with stakeholders to analysis and build hiring needs and strategies.
Support hiring manager identify key skills and prepare and posting JD.
Sourcing and present candidates with the right skills to meet the needs of the hiring needs
Create active talent pool and engage in industry trends to attractive the right talents.
Leverages on-line recruiting resources; employee referrals; network referrals;
Organize the join recruitment campaigns to be a ambassador of the company.
Facilitates full cycle process of recruitment including but not limited to candidate selection; interviewing; job offer; background check; and candidate on boarding details.

Requirements

Knowledge of principles & practices of HR, including employment law and compliance requirements.
Experience of full lifecycle recruiting components including sourcing; qualifying; networking; assessing; wage trends.
Collaborative, and mature with excellent interpersonal skills; able to build effective working relationships with internal/external stakeholders at all levels.
Agile learner; able to thrive in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment.
Able to organize, multi-task and prioritize tasks.
