職務内容 - The Position:
It is a HR Staff role. The business's constant expansion in Japan leads to an increase in the needs of their HR Team. Today, they are looking for candidates that will accept the challenge of strengthening the Japan branch’s HR in ways that are both simple and effective. As a member of the HR team, you will be expected to play the role of a pipe between the manager and the members. The team members are collaborative in problem-solving, with high tenacity in challenging situations. You will help to value the importance of talents and support the improvement of the global HR concept of the business.

Some of the daily tasks:
- Support the company’s HR strategy, Operations, and Initiatives for Japan.
- Plan and implement HR policies, performance management, and compensation scheme.
- Work with local members to support the company’s global projects.
