Job Description

Recruitment Background:
In response to business expansion, we're establishing a new department, and we're seeking a skilled recruiter to contribute to this initiative. Reporting to the Region Recruitment with oversight from senior involved stakeholders, this role focuses on executive recruiting.

Job Duties:
The selected candidate will lead executive recruiting efforts, employing diverse methods like agents, headhunting, referrals, and direct sourcing. Key responsibilities include defining position requirements, devising recruitment strategies, negotiating with agents, screening applications, analyzing effectiveness, managing offers, and overseeing onboarding. This role plays a pivotal part in implementing new measures for continuous improvement.

Requirements

Required Experience:

Proven recruitment experience for managerial and executive roles or equivalent HR experience.
Minimum 3 years as a recruiter in an executive search firm.
Minimum 3 years as a researcher in an executive search firm.
Minimum 3 years in management/HR consulting at a consulting firm.
Required Skills:

Exceptional communication skills for effective internal and external interactions.
Practical goal-oriented approach.
Proficient in English (essential for dealing with non-Japanese external agents and collaborating within APAC).
Ability to build consensus internally.
Preferred:

Knowledge of the consulting industry.
Executive-level candidate interviewing experience.
Experience in a company with 1,000+ employees (HR).
