仕事内容
As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will lead mid-career hiring initiatives across the business side of the company. This role involves end-to-end recruitment strategy and execution, including channel selection, candidate pipeline building, and stakeholder collaboration with hiring managers and leadership teams. While interviews are conducted by hiring departments, you will engage with candidates for attraction and alignment purposes.
応募資格
Must-have:
- At least 2 years of experience in mid-career hiring at an IT company, or
- At least 2 years of experience supporting mid-career hiring through RPO or recruitment consulting
Nice-to-have:
- Experience hiring mid- to senior-level professionals in the tech domain
- Ability to propose and iterate on sourcing strategies based on goals and metrics
- Hands-on experience as an engineer or project manager
