This is a Stand Alone HR Genralist/Manager position.
The purpose of this role is to work closely with the General Manager, leadership team and employees within the group company primarily supporting them to achieve the optimum performance from their people. They will be responsible for monitoring, executing and
advising on all aspects of HR; identifying risks, opportunities and priorities. The role will also ensure any Group HR initiatives are embedded successfully into Japan and the JAPAC region.

Demonstrated experience in a similar role; particularly working autonomously and making
decisions – It is okay to have HR operations skills only.
Good level of English ability
Strong, up to date knowledge of local labour law, exposure to international practice advantageous
Confident dealing with senior managers and employees at all levels
