仕事内容

You will help consultants tell their stories to clients by turning their conceptual drafts into engaging presentation content. You will be expected to work alongside your team to deliver high-quality documentation. Applicants must have experience working with Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Any additional knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite would be advantageous.

You will help provide compelling and effective visual communication solutions for a wide variety of needs of the consultants. Your work will combine adherence to tight deadlines with creativity and commitment to quality. You will create materials in compliance with detailed brand guidelines and style requirements, ensuring high quality and positive audience experience. Responsibilities include but are not limited to production of high-quality deliverables using PowerPoint, creating a powerful data visualization infographic including chart and graph, end to-end customized presentation designs, and consistent presentation formatting along predefined brand guidelines.

You will work with our consultants to develop ideas for transforming initial drafts and data input into visually engaging and interactive experiences for our clients. You will advise on the optimal graphic approach during briefing discussion, draft
proposals and develop final presentation materials by ensuring high quality both in content and graphic layer.

You will have opportunities to act at the customer interface, representing the team by managing various stages in the request coordination: reviewing incoming queries, advising consultants, and negotiating timelines according to available team capacity. In team problem-solving you will bring your own ideas to co create best practices and continuously improve our work.

応募資格

- Bachelor’s degree required
- Professional proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Native level Japanese and conversational fluency in English
- Experience in creating documents using MS Office Suite
- Previous experience using Adobe Creative Suite (CC) is a plus
- Accurately create and amend presentations and documents
- Ensure all work is quality-checked and proofread to the highest standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
- Good time management skills, ability to prioritize, plan work and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with others
- Ability to express ideas graphically
- Quality-driven mindset and excellent attention to detail
- Willingness to learn, share knowledge and experience with peers, open mindset towards change and eagerness for continuous improvement
