Job Description
The company is seeking a seasoned professional to lead its General Affairs division. This leadership position is central to corporate governance and business operations, covering a wide range of responsibilities from facilitating shareholder and board meetings, leading internal and external communications, overseeing office facility management, and driving sustainability initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a newly restructured governance framework, ensuring a stable and efficient organizational setup.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage board and shareholder meeting operations, including schedule planning, material preparation, minute-taking, and reporting to the parent company.
- Lead office administration and facility management, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
- Oversee corporate communication initiatives including internal newsletters, company videos, social media hiring campaigns, and SDGs-related activities.
- Drive internal improvement initiatives and support organizational change.
Requirements
Must-Have:
- Working knowledge of relevant laws (e.g., Companies Act, Industrial Safety and Health Act, Personal Information Protection Act).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- English reading and writing skills.
- 5+ years of experience in general affairs or corporate planning roles.
Nice-to-Have:
- Business-level English (TOEIC ~700 or equivalent).
- Experience leading projects or managing transformation initiatives.
