職務内容 - The Position:
This is an L&D specialist position.
The business's constant expansion in Japan leads to an increase in the needs of its HR Team. Today, they
are looking for HR candidates that will accept the challenge of strengthening the Japan branch’s HR in ways
that are both simple and effective. As an expert in talent development and management, you will be
expected to play the role of a solution between the HRBPs and the employee. By gaining experience in
supporting the development of talents and working closely with other HR function teams, you will be
guaranteed a career path to Manager or HRBP position for future contribution.

必要なスキル・経験 - Required Skills and Experience:
 HR professional with capacity in talent management and development.
 Experience in training project planning and designing.
 Strong communication and availability to develop relationships at all levels.
 Comfortable working with both English speaking and writing.
