Job Description

The Senior Diversity, Inclusion Business Partner is the core member of the team in Japan and the APAC regions, integrating principles throughout the organization to foster lasting structural and behavioral change. As a strategic advisor, this role involves deep collaboration with business executives, ESG, and HR to design solutions that enhance equitable and fulfilling employee experiences. The Business Partner drives initiatives to advance diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging goals, ensuring these values are deeply embedded in the company's operations and culture.

Responsibilities
・Develop and implement a tailored diversity and inclusion strategy for regional business units to achieve our goals.
・Build strong relationships across HR functions to ensure a unified approach.
・erve as a DEIB+ expert, using data and best practices to drive results and support executive communications.
・Represent the Diversity and Inclusion team of the assigned region (Japan and the possibility of covering other APAC regions) collaborating with teams of other regions (Mainly US HQ).
・Create innovative strategies to foster inclusion, mitigate bias, and enhance attraction, promotion, and retention.
・Conduct data-driven analyses to evaluate initiatives and anticipate future trends impacting our inclusion efforts.

Requirements

・Over 3 years of experience in Diversity & Inclusion related innitiatives, addressing systems of oppression, social power dynamics, and dismantling systemic inequities in human capital.
・3+ years of experience in the Asia-Pacific region, consulting, and developing strategic DEI solutions.
・Business level proficiency in Japanese and English.
・Skilled in data analysis, deriving insights to influence strategy and achieve business results.
・Proven program management and execution skills.
・Ability to build relationships, influence without authority, and deliver results collaboratively.
・Experienced facilitator, adept at navigating difficult conversations with executives.
