Job Description

This is a Talent Acquisition Lead position.
The business’s constant expansion in Japan leads to an increase in their HR needs Today, they are looking for candidates that will accept the challenge of strengthening the Japan branch hiring in ways that are both simple and effective. You will conceive practical and creative ways to recruit the best leading talent in the market by being supervised directly by the CEO and CTO, you will also have the authority in hiring strategy making as the TA Lead.

Requirements

• Experience in recruiting operations.
• Good analytical capabilities: to analyze data to determine and develop HR strategies.
• Good communication skills and flexibility.
• Confident in English email communication
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office software usage.
