Job Description

This is an HRBP position.
The business’s constant expansion in Japan leads to an increase in its HR needs Today, they are looking for candidates that will accept the challenge of strengthening the Japan branch’s HR in ways that are both simple and effective. You will conceive practical and creative ways to build the HR organization from scratch by working directly with the CEO and CTO, you will also manage projects for future L&D and regulation revision plainings.

Requirements

• General knowledge in HR (L&D, C&B, and policy regulation…etc)
• Good analytical capabilities: to analyze data to determine and develop HR strategies.
• Good communication skills and flexibility.
• Confident in English speaking and writing
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office software usage.
