Job Description

【Job description】
- Lead in sourcing real estate investment opportunities, analysis, structuring, negotiating, recommending to investment committee and closing the deal, inclusive of conducting on due diligence underwriting and legal/ internal documentation, sourced by investment management.
- Include repositioning, divestment, refinancing of current portfolio

Requirements

【Essential requirement】
・Undergraduate degree and high academic performance expected, MBA, CFA and/or CMA preferred
・10 years of overall general investment experience, either of the following experience
1) Acquisition experience for logistics or data center
2) Fund management
・ Understanding of basic finance concepts such as NOI returns, cash flow returns, capitalization, IRR, PV, DCF, EM and basic accounting knowledge(EBITDA, PATMI and depreciation)
・ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
・ Strong interpersonal/ communication skills
・ Takken and securitization master and other appropriate licenses

【必須条件】
・大卒以上(MBA、CFA、CMA尚可)
・投資業務全般の業務経験10年以上、かつ以下のいずれかの経験があること
1) ロジスティクスまたはデータセンターの取得経験
2) ファンドマネジメント
・NOI収益、キャッシュフロー収益、資産化、IRR、PV、DCF、EM、基本的な会計知識(EBITDA、PATMI、減価償却)などの基本的な財務関連の知識
・複数のプロジェクトを同時に管理する能力
・対人関係・コミュニケーション能力
・宅建、証券化マスター又はその他の適切なライセンス
