■What's your current role at RGF?

I joined RGF Professional Recruitment Japan in April 2016 as a 360 degree recruitment consultant in charge of both candidates and clients in our game development team.

I enjoyed every day in RGF PR Japan and I was chosen as the annual MVP of the company in 2018.

I transferred to RGF PR Japan’s parent company, Recruit Co., Ltd., in July 2019 and now I'm mainly in charge of improving the profits of RGF International Recruitment.

■What are your plans for the future?

One of the visions of RGF as a whole is to become the biggest recruitment company in Asia.

Currently, RGF has branches in 11 countries and markets in Asia, but there’s always room for growth and improvement, which I’m excited about.

To achieve this goal of becoming the largest recruitment company in Asia, I want to keep working on achieving our vision by optimizing the communication and the knowledge sharing across all of our branches.

■What do you recommend RGF PR Japan to new graduates?

In RGF Professional Recruitment Japan, we have a working environment where you can develop yourself in various aspects.

1) Corporate knowledge

Since you will be constantly communicating with clients, you will need to stay updated on corporate information about your clients as well as their respective markets.

I think our business fits those who yearn to learn more and are curious. It’s a place where you get to learn about different types of companies and have access to exclusive insights directly from the decision-makers of the corporate world in Japan.

2) Expertise

RGF PR Japan’s teams are divided by industry and position. Being specialized in a particular sector and focusing on a specific position allows you to refine your expertise, grow in that space, and even connect with key industry players.

3) Network

Regardless of your knowledge and expertise, recruiting is ultimately a person-to-person business, so building trust will be essential. As you try your best to keep promises, no matter how small they are, and as you go beyond the expectations of your clients, your rapport with both of them will be strengthened – this will be the foundation of your success at RGF.

If you work hard and attain results, at RGF, you will be rewarded because it’s a performance-based business but beyond that, what’s most important is that you will also attain a sense of self-fulfillment and countless invaluable experiences as you network with professionals in Japan on a daily basis.

If you’re interested in this amazing opportunity, we look forward to your application!
