We are proud to announce that our Automotive Division Manager, Masaki Murata, has been honored with two awards at the “HeadHunter of the Year 2025”, organized by Persol Career’s high-class career change service doda X:

  • MVP in the Regional Revitalization category

  • VP in the Manufacturing & Trading category

The “HeadHunter of the Year” recognizes outstanding headhunters and agencies among approximately 8,000 registered headhunters and 1,300 agencies on doda X Professional Search, based on achievements such as the number of successful placements and overall performance. (Evaluation period: July 2024 – June 2025)

 

At the award ceremony held at The Ritz-Carlton, Roppongi, Murata was also selected as one of the recipients to deliver a speech, where he passionately shared his vision and commitment to regional revitalization.

“Our company is organized by industry and job function, and we don’t have a dedicated division for regional support. Still, out of my own personal passion, I have made it a priority to focus on the theme of regional revitalization.
I have met many talented people who had to give up fulfilling career opportunities because of where they lived, and I’ve seen companies abandon hiring and organizational growth for the same reason. Witnessing these situations made me determined to help solve this challenge.
As long as it’s what the individual truly wants, I want to fully support people in balancing their careers with family responsibilities such as childcare or caregiving, as well as honoring their connection to the communities where they were born and raised. With more than 16 years of experience at Recruit Co., Ltd., Murata specialized in recruitment consulting and management in the manufacturing, consumer, and healthcare sectors. Recognized as a top-performing consultant, he received numerous awards for his sales achievements, in addition to building extensive leadership experience as a manager.

He joined RGF Professional Recruitment Japan in 2023 as a Senior Consultant for the Automotive & Mobility sector, where he received multiple quarterly awards across 2023 and 2024. In 2024, he also achieved some of the company’s highest distinctions, including Top 3 Consultant of the Year and MD Award of the Year.

In 2025, Murata was promoted to Manager of the division. Since taking on this role, he has led his team to achieve the #1 team revenue performance rate for two consecutive quarters (Q1 & Q2). Known for his deep industry expertise and meticulous candidate support, Murata continues to earn the strong trust of both clients and candidates alike.
