Job Description
The HR team is currently seeking a passionate and agile professional to join as an HR Staff. This role will support the organization’s continued growth by managing a wide range of HR functions—primarily focused on HR operations and employee support, while also contributing to process improvements and organizational development projects. Working closely with a small, hands-on HR team, this person will have exposure to both strategic and operational aspects of HR, including:
1. Managing employee life cycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, contracts, changes, etc.)
2. Coordinating payroll and social insurance processes
3. Assisting with HR system operations and data management

Requirements
1. 3+ years of experience in HR operations or HR Generalist roles
2. Knowledge of labor law, payroll processes, and social insurance procedures in Japan
