Requirements

必要なスキル・経験 - Required Skills and Experience:
Talent Acquisition:
• Reflect the company’s strategy into actions for recruitment. Advice business on recruitment activities & sourcing strategies
• Responsible for the recruitment of Japanese business departments, maintain and expand recruitment channels, use various effective recruitment channels to meet recruitment needs, and establish corresponding talent pools according to the actual situation of each position;
• Implementation of new systems and processes
• Drive talent acquisition process with business managers to identify the best candidate for the job and support the mangers on their succession planning
• Contribute to the Employer Branding initiatives, leveraging on resources for the local plan and working with the marketing team to identify opportunities
Junior HRBP (no prior experience required)
• Work together with key stakeholders and business managers strategically on culture organization design and workforce planning to reflect change/needs of business, market conditions and regulatory requirements
• Support the development of the team, apply professional theories, methods and tools to provide a comprehensive solution for the business team, including recruitment, training, performance, employee relations and other human resources work
• Support the overall organizational culture by ensuring that all HR policy and practice are in keeping with the company values
