We are looking for a manager class who will be responsible for high-touch sales (Retention & Develop) to existing customers at L***** Japan Tokyo headquarters and Global Account (GA) team.
Responsible for client sales responsibilities for major Japanese global companies that fall under Fortune 500, or major foreign-affiliated Japanese companies. Does not include People Management.
Products belonging to L***** Japan, products in charge are PC, Tablet, AR / VR, and Smart Device, but there are many collaborations with L***** Enterprise Solutions affiliated GAM, so end-to-end solution proposal for the same customer is required You
Report line: GA director (in Tokyo)
Working place: Tokyo
Salary system (Split): Base 6 + Target 4
* RD = renew / replacement development
* GAM / ACQ currently recruiting is an APAC organization, here GAM / RD is a Japan organization
Sales/ Account manager background
At age of 30-49 (early 50 could be ok as L***** retirement age is 60)
English skill (however considerable depends of the candidate’s skill)
Candidates who have sale experiences or knowledge in the specific account would be the best.
Salary budget is up to 15M (depends on candidates skill and experience) however, willing to stretch
High-touch sales for major corporations in IT companies (Hard / Software free), or account management experience of 5 years or more
Lighter footwork, hands-on-minded people (for our culture fit and flat organization)
