Requirements

必要なスキル・経験 – Daily tasks, Required Skills and Experience:
• Reflect the company’s strategy into actions for recruitment. Advice business on recruitment activities & sourcing strategies
• Implementation of new systems and processes
• Drive talent acquisition process with business managers to identify the best candidate for the job and support the mangers on their succession planning
• Contribute to the Employer Branding initiatives, leveraging on resources for the local plan and working with the marketing team to identify opportunities
• Work together with key stakeholders and business managers strategically on culture organization design and workforce planning to reflect change/needs of business, market conditions and regulatory requirements.
• Support the overall organizational culture by ensuring that all HR policy and practice are in keeping with the company values.
