Job Description

Project-based full-time permanent role, with multiple clients having different on-going business innovation projects. As as an executive assistant, you will support 2-3 directors of different divisions. Working as an executive assistant, you will also be a member of the operations team in a fast-paced, start-up environment, participating in event coordination and project management.

Job scope include:
• Schedule management – coordinating schedules and meetings of local directors, as well as client appointments and conference meetings involving overseas offices
• Document preparation and proofreading of content and presentations (using Word, Excel or PowerPoint)
• Event coordination (project management, company events, business dinners, monthly team meetings, handling invitations and catering)
• Phone and e-mail correspondence
• Accommodating local and overseas visitors
• Adhoc general affairs tasks and assisting operations team

Requirements

【応募資格】
• Assistant experience supporting more than 1 person, or sales assistant supporting a team, or administration experience with face-to-face client experience
• Multi-tasking skills with capability to work flexibly, with the ability to adapt to a changing environment, accommodating people of different professions and staff level
• Business English for overseas correspondence
• Efficient IT skills for document creation (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
