• Support to Commercial Finance Manager regarding managerial accounting.
• Responsible for forecast development operations including BPC and SAP operations.
• Responsible for Overheads budget development.
• Assist and support the Budget and Year End process with Commercial Finance Manager and Finance teams.
• Collaborate with Sales / Marketing for verifying cost effectiveness
• Support to the Head of Finance, APAC, regarding across market financial activities, including key tasks backup, supporting global reporting, supporting market timetables and exercises. Including the management of rolling forecast process and monthly management reporting.
• Being involved in Project Horizon, for such as the development, testing and implementation.
• All other duties reasonably assigned

- Experience with budgeting / forecasting / variance analysis
- 5 - 7 years’ experience in relevant area, international company background preferred
- Experience with SAP in FI/CO modules. CO module experience is a strong plus
- Strong computer systems skills
- Awareness of “best practice” accounting and internal control processes
- Business level English
- Experience with IFRS and Japanese GAAP (Kaisya-ho)
- Well-disciplined and methodical work methods based on careful planning and the management of time
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to develop effective working relationships both internally and externally
- Retains professional demeanour and thinks clearly under pressure; and uses initiative effectively
