職務内容 - The Position:
This is an HR Administrator (Reward administrator) position.
The business constant expansion in Japan leads to increase the needs of their HR Team. Today, they are looking for candidates that will accept the challenge of strengthening the Japan branch’s HR in ways that are both simple and effective. As a member of the HR team, you will conceive practical and creative ways to engage the best leading talent in the market. The team is driven and motivated to be knowledgeable partners to our candidates and hiring managers. They are collaborative in problem-solving, with high tenacity in challenging situations.

仕事内容- Daily task
• Providing daily support and be the first contact to ensure the delivery of employee compensation and benefit program.
• Assisting in improving current compensation and benefit program management.
• Communicating with venders in respected areas. (e.g. real estate/relocation agent), and clearing working process based on local legal requirements.
• Working with cross-functional team members for effective & efficient employee service deliveries.
• Managing HR system’s data. (e.g. SAP system)
• 担当エリアにおける日々のデリバリーを期日通り行う。
• 品質を確保し、継続的な改善をサポートする。
• 各エリアの担当HRと連携を密に図り、コミュニケーションを円滑にする。
• ベンダー間のコミュニケーションを円滑にする。(例:不動産業者、保険会社等)。
• チーム内のプロジェクトをサポートする。
• 機能横断的な作業をサポートする。
• 法的要件に基づき、必要なプロセスを学び、構築し、周知する。
• 人事システム(例:SAP HR)の必要な領域を操作する。

Requirements

必要なスキル・経験 - Required Skills and Experience:
• HR experience is preferred.
• Team working mind set and excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and networking skills.
• Ability to analyses a situation, learn and use new IT tools (especially MS Excel)
• 人事またはビジネスの学士号、または 必要な知識・スキル・能力を提供する同等の経験
• チームワークを重視する方
• 優れた時間管理能力
• 優れたコミュニケーション能力、対人関係、ネットワーク構築能力
• 状況を分析する能力と新しいITツールや手法を学び、使いこなす能力特にMS Excel)
