Job Description
[Position level options] Senior Associate/ Manager/ Senior Manager 経験次第で職位相談可能です
1. Selection of areas suitable for the construction of wind power plants
2. Strategy planning to secure land for the construction of wind power plants, coordination with stakeholders
3. Contract negotiation with landowners
4. Management of land registration ＆ post－construction procedures
Requirements
[MUST]
• 2 years of experience in the energy industry OR related EPC/manufacturers.
• Excellent business management skills and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build good interpersonal relationships smoothly.
• Familiarity with Word、 Excel、 Outlook、PowerPoint
[WANT]
• Experience in securing land in wind/solar or similar development projects
preferable, but will consider experience in domestic golf course development, apartment land development, etc.
• Knowledge on real estate, civil engineering design necessary for land use planning.
