職務内容 - The Position:
This is a C&B Manager || 報酬・福利厚生マネージャー position.
The business constant expansion in Japan leads to increase the needs of their HR Team. Today, they are looking for candidates that will accept the challenge of strengthening the Japan branch’s HR in ways that are both simple and effective. As a C&B manager, you will conceive practical and creative ways to engage the best leading talent in the market. The team is driven and motivated to be knowledgeable partners to our candidates and hiring managers. They are collaborative in problem-solving, with high tenacity in challenging situations.

仕事内容- Daily task
• Working with cross functional stakeholders to review current C&B strategies.
• Be an expert and advisor on C&B matters to different studio leaders, investigate on market C&B policy in game industry, introduce & lead the implementation of new C&B strategy
• Design and implement new HR appraisal system, including job grade, performance review, promotion & bonus policy.
• ステークホルダーと密接に連携し、日本国内における各事業の報酬・福利厚生制度見直し
• 各スタジオのビジネスリーダにC&Bコンサルティングサビースを提供し、日本のゲーム業界における給与調査、業界全体のグレードや給与・福利厚生制度の比較と分析、報酬・福利厚生制度の導入
• 等級、人事考課・審査・昇進、報酬・福利厚生、研修などに関しての人事制度の設計と構築

Requirements

必要なスキル・経験 - Required Skills and Experience:
• Solid experience in C&B program design and implementation. Preferred in game, IT, and consulting industry.
• Experience in international company, strong knowledge in total rewards, and C&B.
• Experience in market researching regarding C&B and total rewards、welcome experience project management.
• Strong challenge spirit and interest in game industry.
• Native level Japanese with business level English or Chinese.
• 人事報酬・福利厚生制度紹介と導入経験、ゲーム、IT、コンサルティング業界優先。
• グロバル企業での働き経験、トータルリワードとC&Bに関する豊富な知識。
• 給与調査のノウハウと制度構築の経験があり、プロジェクトマネジメント経験が歓迎。

• ネイティブレベルの日本語力、及びビジネスレベルの英語力 or 中国語力
