Job Description

職務内容 - The Position:
This is an Employee Relations Manager position; the daily tasks are:
- Review the country rules and policies.
- Support discussions of co-workers and managers to a solution to labor issue.
- Manage country risk in collaboration with country legal, risk team, and a company lawyer.
- Evaluate actual and potential employment problems to avoid issues on the country level.
- Develop employment standards, compliance, and health-wellbeing framework.
- Be the main authority for Employee relations for the Japan region.

Requirements

- Knowledge in Japanese labor law.
- Experience in developing and implementing rules.
- Able to handle confidential information in a professional manner.
