Job Description

Collaborate with a small team to provide professional support for various administrative tasks within the organization.
Assist the Manager of General Affairs in legal, insurance, facility, and IT matters.
Manage intranet administration within established frameworks and tools.
Oversee contracts, insurance, and matters related to company vehicles and rentals.
Handle basic facility services such as security, cleaning, utilities, waste management, and more.
Manage travel settlement tools and company credit cards in alignment with global standards.
Support defined purchasing, expense control, and cost reduction initiatives.


Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a similar capacity.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern IT tools.
Ability to work independently in an international environment.
Strong communication skills.
Native-level Japanese proficiency.
Business-level English (reading and writing).
