A fast paced global bio-tech/pharma company with several offices in the world, is looking for an executive assistant with proactive mindset, good language ability and positive attitude. Reporting line will be a new executive starting from June.

Job Description

Requirements

The essential requirements for this role are as follows.
• A minimum of three years of experience as a secretary (preferably to executives)
• Proficiency in business English (primarily for formal communication via email and chat)
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and Word (including spreadsheet management and document creation)

Nice to Have as follows:
• Experience in the healthcare industry or at a multinational corporation is not mandatory, having experience at a company similar to client company would be advantageous
• The ideal persona for this position would be an active and proactive thinker who can handle closed-ended questions efficiently
