Job Description
You will play a critical role in designing and implementing new learning initiatives to upskill employees across multiple functions. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, this position will be responsible for integrating AI-focused training into existing talent development strategies. The ideal candidate will take ownership of learning initiatives, drive engagement, and ensure the continuous improvement of AI-related educational resources.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or a related field.
- Strong ability to communicate complex ideas, influence stakeholders, and drive new initiatives.
- Proven project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple learning initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience working cross-functionally with diverse teams, including global and remote collaborations.
- Passion for AI and its transformative potential in business and technology.
- Proficiency in both English and Japanese (spoken and written).
