Job Description
You will be responsible for planning and managing mid-career recruitment activities. Main tasks include:
- Partnering with hiring teams to confirm needs and draft job descriptions
- Proposing and executing hiring strategies
- Managing the selection process
- Communicating with recruitment agencies
- Handling offer negotiations and onboarding-related tasks
- Planning and organizing hiring events
Depending on your experience and interests, you may also support engagement or other HR-related initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience in one of the following:
・Corporate recruiter (excluding assistant roles)
・Recruitment consultant at an agency
・HR consultant handling recruitment-related projects
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Native-level Japanese required; basic English skills (reading/writing/speaking) preferred
